Food delivery services have become a convenient option to get prepared food from your favorite restaurants delivered to your doorsteps, with just a few clicks on your mobile phone or computer.
Basics
"Your order can be cancelled or changed before it is confirmed by the restaurant. You can contact customer support team via chat or call +91 8754260168 to do so. Once order is placed and restaurant starts preparing your food, you may not change or cancel its contents."
“We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order is not placed to the restaurant (Customer service number: +91 8754260168). Please note that we will have the right to charge a cancellation fee up to full order value to compensate our restaurant and delivery partners if your order has been confirmed."
“Quantity and quality of the food is the restaurant's responsibility. We will ensure the order is correct on pickup but can not open the food container. However in case of any issues with the quality or quantity, kindly submit your feedback and we will pass it on to the restaurant."

Delivery
“We have 30 zones which cover South India and will expand our service to more zones in the near future. We recommend enabling your GPS location finder and letting the app auto-detect your location."
